  • Using ShotGrid to oversee shot tracking, task management, and production reporting
  • Identifying production risks, bottlenecks, and workflow challenges before they impact delivery
  • Supporting production operations across internal teams, freelancers, vendors, and external partners

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience as a Production Manager, Production Supervisor, VFX Producer, or similar production role within Virtual Production, VFX, Animation, or real-time environments
  • Highly skilled in using ShotGrid to manage shot tracking, asset workflows, and production pipelines
  • Confident managing schedules, budgets, resources, and multiple concurrent projects
  • Excellent communication skills with a collaborative and solutions-focused approach
  • Calm under pressure, highly organised, and comfortable working in fast-paced production environments

The Opportunity

You’ll work alongside a talented team of creatives, artists, and technologists, playing a key role in delivering ambitious productions while helping shape the workflows that keep them running efficiently.

If you’re an experienced Production Manager with a passion for Virtual Production, VFX, or real-time content, we’d love to hear from you.
