Senior Producer

We’re partnering with a leading multimedia and creative studio delivering large-scale live events, interactive installations, and mixed reality productions for global clients and cultural institutions.

About the Role

As Senior Producer, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end delivery across immersive, experiential, and multimedia projects – from early scoping and proposals through to final delivery and sign-off. You’ll lead schedules, budgets, resourcing, and client relationships, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high creative and technical standard.

You’ll work closely with Creative Directors, Technical Leads, and Operations to manage complex productions spanning content creation, real-time media, technical delivery, and on-site execution.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading end-to-end project delivery from pitch through to final delivery.
• Defining scope, schedules, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with creative and technical leads
• Acting as the primary client contact, leading communication, reviews, and approvals
• Managing resourcing across internal teams, freelancers, and specialist suppliers
• Mentoring junior producers and supporting production best practices

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience leading end-to-end delivery of complex creative or immersive productions within a studio, agency, or production environment
• Confident senior client-facing communicator across presentations, reviews, and delivery
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams across creative, technical, and production functions
• Experience across immersive, experiential, live events, motion design, VFX, or real-time content
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines and high delivery standards
